Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our team. As an Administrator / Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for Accounts Payable, and supporting construction department staff. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll, Sage 50 Premium, MS Excel, MS Word & Outlook.
Responsibilities:
-All Accounts payable data entry
- Assist with payroll and ensure accurate calculation of hours & wages
- Filing - both digital & physical copies
- Supporting Project Managers: Creating Change Orders, opening & closing job files, & maintaining both physical & digital job files.
-Manage inventory & purchasing of office supplies
- Answering phones, meeting & greeting visitors, sending & receiving mail
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software (Sage 50 Premium)
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
