Description
We are looking to fill a full time position of Administrative Assistant to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing and answering phones to basic bookkeeping.
General Responsibilities:
Manage calls and correspondence
Filing
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Data Entry
Utilize office equipment such as computers, photocopier, printers etc.
Assist Operations Manager and other management departments
Work week is Monday to Friday
Skills & Qualifications:
Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
Experience with Word, Excel, Publisher, Access etc.
Experience with Sage accounting software
Exceptional data entry skills
Excellent communications skills: interpersonal, listening, oral, and
written
Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Strong ability to problem solve
