SalaryOverview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development. Duties: - Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence - Maintain and update office records, including filing documents and data entry - Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues - Assist with financial tasks, such as processing invoices and balancing bank statements -Open Invoice, Cortex, Jobutrax experience a must- Utilize computerized systems and software.- Support office staff by performing various administrative tasks as needed Qualifications: - Previous experience in an administrative role is required- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Ability to provide exceptional customer support in a professional manner We offer competitive compensation based on experience, along with benefits such as medical insurance and paid time off.
