We are looking for a competent Office/Administrative Assistant to help with daily administrative operations of KBM Consulting. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure and independently. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Responsibilities:
Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials.
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Backup/Cross trained
Perform receptionist duties
Assist with accounts receivables and payables
Collecting Insurance Certs from Venders
Basic office admin duties
Skills:
Experience as an office assistant is a plus
Working knowledge of office equipment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: Starting pay $30 and DOE
