- Manage all front desk activity within the Administration Building while exhibiting a professional and tidy workspace.
- Coordinate monthly and weekly safety meetings and tours, prepare minutes, and distribute as required.
- Liaison between various departments on site; IT, Site Services, Operations, Safety, Projects, and Drilling.
- Book camp reservations, swipe cards, and give direction to third party contractors coming to site.
- Complete and submit expense reports for all office personnel.
- Maintain Kitchens, ordering supplies as needed.
- Daily filing of any paperwork, both electronically and hard copies.
- PPE Management and distribution.
- Coordinate New Hire Onboarding
- Provide vacation coverage to Maintenance Department
- Management of technical certificates for Operations staff
- Support Supervisors, Superintendents with ad hoc requests as needed.
- Scribe for Incident Command, Emergency Response Drills, meetings, and any other requests.
- Provide onsite administrative support for Outages, Shutdowns, and Turnarounds.
- High School Diploma plus relevant post-secondary education in office administration is an asset.
- 5+ years of experience in office administration ideally gained supporting an operations team at a heavy industrial worksite.
- Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as required to overcome obstacles to achieve solutions.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner both verbally and written as well as the ability to adapt your communication style to meet the objective or situation at hand.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in Orissa or Maximo systems would be an asset.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage competing priorities, effectively in a changing environment and within defined timelines is critical.
- A drive towards enhancing productivity and efficiency by streamlining workflows, automating tasks, and reducing errors.
- Ability to improve communication and collaboration by facilitating information sharing, coordinating meetings, and removing roadblocks.

- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
- This is a Fly-In, Fly-Out camp-based position working on a 7&7 rotation (Tuesday - Tuesday), flying out of Calgary or Edmonton.
- This is a full time, contract role, with opportunity for renewal.
