We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work out of our Grande Prairie location. The successful candidate’s hours will be Tuesday-Thursday, 9am-3pm and will begin work January 2024. This is a part time position and the pay range is $22.00-$28.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Health and Safety Advisor
- Data Entry & filing of safety documents
- Assist Accounts Receivable
- Submit invoices to customer invoice portals
- Process statements, weekly AR detail reporting
Experience & Skills:
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Class 5 drivers’ license
- Self-motivated and detail orientated
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic
- Completion of any Alberta Construction Safety Association or National Health & Safety Administrator courses would be an asset
