Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Office Management:
Greeting clients
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
2. Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to two Advisors
Assist in data entry, document preparation, and filing
Maintain and update office records and databases
3. Scheduling and Coordination:
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for two advisors
Schedule meetings
Coordinate conferences and events
4. Communication:
Respond to emails, phone calls, and inquiries in a timely manner
Distribute internal communications as needed
5. Technical Skills:
Required proficiency in using MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Basic knowledge of office equipment and troubleshooting
Experience with a customer relationship management tool, such as Salesforce, is
considered an asset
6. Organization and Time Management:
Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Wages start at $19 an hour and opportunity for growth upon licencing should you wish to pursue a career in the industry. Starting at 12-18 hours per week (2-3 days a week at 6 hours per day).

Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must posses the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
