General Accountability:
Reporting to the Customer Service Leader is the first customer contact on general inquiries creating a welcoming environment. Maintains a welcoming demeanour for the organization, our clients, and guests, and handles all first-contact customer inquiries with dispatch.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining and managing the switchboard and directing calls as required and if necessary, answering general inquiries from customers and vendors, and handling other administrative desk duties.
- Submits invoices on customer-requested portals. Checking outgoing invoices for omissions
- Prepares and distributes company property, literature, mail distribution, and HR documents such as Orientation Packages to appropriate supervisors.
- Filing manufacturing w/o’s, freight waybills, stock transfers (incoming & outgoing) distributing CSR’s delivery notes
- Upload MTRs for purchased products and w/o documents.
- Support and assist in customer services, procurement, and HR as needed with minor tasks.
- Ensure the lobby and surrounding areas are well-maintained.
- Other duties may arise from time to time.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of related and relevant work experience
- Accounting education – diploma or certificate in business, commerce, or related discipline or combination of experience and education
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Highly detail-oriented and organized in work.
- Excellent data entry skills
