Our transportation and manufacturing company is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant. Your duties may include the following:
Payroll, Bookkeeping, truck dispatching, parts ordering, order taking, and others. The preferred candidate will have previous bookkeeping experience. Knowledge of Quickbooks online is required.
You must be located in the Ponoka area, as you will be required to come to the office daily. Salary will be based on experience. There will benefits available after 3 months. You must have the capability to work in a fast paced environment and communicate effectively. The ability to work well with others is a must.
