Techmation Electric & Controls is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Olds branch. Previous administrative experience working within an industrial construction organization would be considered an asset. Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years work experience in an administrative role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process invoices.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Prepare Client pre-qualifications, RFI’s, EOI’s and RFP’s
- Filing
- Data entry
- Schedule employee orientations
- Tracking and reporting
- Assist management team as needed.
- Coordinate business development events, such as Christmas parties, golf tournaments, customer appreciation, company trade shows, sporting events, and the shop and worksite BBQ unit.
Candidates must have:
- Minimum of 1–2-year experience in office administration
- Excellent computer skills, specifically with Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Proficient in data entry
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy is a must
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills with a willingness to learn
