Administrative Assistant (Ft)

Looking for a highly energetic multi tasker with above average organizational skills. Must have good working knowledge of computers and associated programs. Preference will be given to those with previous training/safety industry experience. We are looking for a person who can embrace a new challenge outside of their comfort zone.

We are a fast growing small company and need someone to join our team! Duties to include but are not limited to:

Managing phone calls, course registrations, receiving payments, data entry, customer service, creating invoices & receipts (QB experience would be an asset, day to day admin assistance.
