Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process, including advertising, maintaining files, processing documentation, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare and distribute letters of offer, as well as employee letters.
- General administrative assistance to Human Resources and Payroll staff.
- Greet walk-in clients and refer them to the appropriate staff member for assistance.
- Answer telephone inquiries.
- Maintain the HR Outlook inbox.
- Assist with additional tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- Office Administration diploma or certificate is an asset; Human Resources diploma or certificate is preferred.
- Experience in office administration or Human Resources.
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Knowledge and experience using PeopleSoft is preferred.
Additional Information
This is a Full Time Temporary Administrative position for a 4-month term, with the potential for extension, commencing as soon as possible.
The competition will remain open until January 22, 2024, or until a suitable candidate is found.
