Administrative Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including handling phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

- Enjoy working with a youth driven population
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making travel arrangements
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Conduct research as needed to support various projects
- Handle confidential information with discretion

Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Experience with phone systems and customer support is a plus
- Knowledge of dental receptionist duties or clerical experience is beneficial
