Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Undertake general reception, customer service, photocopying, filing, data entry, and junior to intermediate administrative duties.
  • Coordinate and organize various operations and services, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and drafting documents.
  • Perform basic accounting functions (AP / AR).
  • Develop presentations using a variety of software programs (PowerPoint / Keynote).
  • Ensure all assigned work is completed thoroughly and accurately.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED is a prerequisite.
  • Previous experience or training in an administrative role is essential.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, coupled with excellent oral and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • Comfortable with web research and e-mail applications.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in team-based environments and independently.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
