Administrative Assistant - Production Labourer

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the point of contact for customer inquiries
• Maintain a positive relationship with customers and carriers.
• Coordinate with sales and shop floor to prioritize orders and manage inventory.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick ups and deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishments as required.
• Perform manual labour as required to support production.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required, post secondary education is an asset.
• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
• 1-2 years of experience as a general labourer.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, word, and Outlook)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and follow task to completion
• Ability to organize and execute work in a demanding environment
• Ability to stand and lift up to 50lbs.
