Duties:
-Administrative work and general reception duties (ie. answering phones, directing calls, filing, data entry, word processing, emailing, scheduling)
-Input MLS listings, upload photos, scan documents, process new listing documents (price changes, extensions), and process showing requests
-Contributing to Century 21 Gateway Real Estate’s public and staff websites including writing, editing and updating content.
-Collaboratively managing Social Media Sites, Websites, etc
-Marketing material
-Managing data base; Updating client information
-Communicate with other members of the team and provide relevant updates
-Conveyancing (Paperwork of sold listings to lawyers)
-Invoicing and receipts
-Submitting Blue Cross Claims
Qualifications and Skills:
-Tech savvy (ie. social media, web browsing, use of cell phone and computer)
-High level of computer proficiency (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook knowledge required)
-Exceptional customer service skills
-Strong organizational skills, excellent time management skills
-Self-motivated and able to work with little direction
-Attention to detail, focused
-Service-based attitude
-Exercises discretion and confidentiality
-Solves problems and willing to go the extra mile
-Ability to take direction
-Experience with Blue Cross is an asset but not required
-Real estate administration an asset but not required; this includes knowledge of all real estate terminology, documents and programs (IE. Matrix, Web Forms, Repree, etc.)
