Administrative Assistant

We are currently hiring for a part-time to full time .

We are looking for an individual who can work in an team environment, great finance skills billing , grant proposals , social media, great with web design or maintaining a web presence, and outgoing.

Dutites:

• Maintain website bases and continuously update site for upcoming events
• Sorting and distributing incoming emails and phone calls
• Answering phone calls in a professional manner, taking messages, and notifying/directing to the appropriate department
• Enuring all confidential documents and proprietary information is handled and filed in an apporved manner
• Typing out reports, spreadsheets, letters, and other documents
• Assist General manager , CFO , CEO Finance a big Asset !
• Support the general manager in projects
• Maintain a well organized filing system and office work space

Job Requirments

• Minimum -2 years plus ....experience in position or related
• Must be proficient with MS Office and Outlook and other Financial related Programs
• Experience with web design is an asset
• Quick learner
• Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Work well in as a team and independently
• Great time management skill
• Attention to details
• Able to work flexible hours if needed...no evenings

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $17.00 per hour
