Allied Custom Solutions Ltd. is a sheet metal fabrication shop located in Calgary, Alberta. We specialize in custom design and fabrication working with light gauge steel, aluminum and stainless steel for a variety of clients.
POSITION:
We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant.
Job Summary:
Qualified candidates must be able to provide support to the administrative department and all other departments within Allied Custom Solutions Ltd.
Role and responsibilities:
- Serving as a central point of contact for internal and external inquiries, demonstrating professionalism and efficiency.
- Managing and coordinating calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Overseeing the implementation and maintenance of administrative systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Creating and managing documents for multiple projects.
- Maintaining comprehensive systems for tracking and managing records.
- Handling archiving and filing of project documents.
- Conducting research and compiling data to support decision-making processes.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings and presentations.
- Coordinating special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management, ensuring timely completion.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and confidentiality.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs such Work, Excel, Outlook is required for this position
- Previous experience working in Oil & Gas would be considered an asset
