Looker Office Furniture is seeking to hire a Full Time Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative .
Previous administration experience is preferred and considered an asset but we are willing to train the right candidate.
This person is the first point of contact in person and over the phone so a pleasant, positive attitude with excellent communication skills is a must.
The successful candidate will be organized , detail oriented and MUST be proficient in MS Excel and MS Office. Other computer skills will be an asset. Duties to include but not limited to answering phone and directing calls or taking detailed messages, updating work orders/ deliveries in computer system, filing, assisting with proposals/ presentations, maintaining sample room and supplies.
Team work and a willingness to grow is key. There is always room to advance at Looker Office.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
