Intact Kitchen Design Inc. located at 1020 Meyerside Drive, Unit 7 & 8, Mississauga, ON L5T 1K7 requires 1 Administrative Officer on a Permanent full-time basis. Wage: $ 27.00 per hour for a minimum of 30 hours or above per week. 2 years to less than 3 years’ experience is required. Additionally, 10 paid vacations and 10 sick leaves will be provided.

JOB DUTIES:
- Overall administrative liaison and coordination between various areas of organization for smooth operations.
- Oversee the Stock handling and inventory management.
- Ensure timely execution of production work orders.
- Assist the owner in administrative work.
- Coordinate the logistics for installations, including scheduling installation crews, obtaining necessary permits, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Follow up with the customers and arrange their meetings with the Manager/Owner for relationship management and marketing purposes.
- All other relevant task.
