Administrative Services

We are currently seeking an Administrative Services professional to join our team. As an Administrative Services member, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to our organization. Duties:

- Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors

- Maintain office supplies and inventory

- Assist with special projects as assigned

Experience:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred

- Proficient in data entry and analysis

- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Salary: $22.50-$26.00 per hour
