We have an opening for Administrative Support at our Winkler location.
What you will do:
- General reception duties including greeting and directing customers in the branch, answering the phones, sorting and preparing mail and ordering supplies for the branch
- Process payments in the branch and over the phone
- Balance daily cash reports, maintain invoice queues and deliver bank deposits
- Support Counter team by entering orders and complete follow-up as requested
- Coordinate employee breaks to help maintain adequate coverage
- Arrange for courier pick up as required
- Assist with inventory when possible
- Perform other duties as assigned
- You have excellent customer service and communication skills
- You have a positive attitude and are an enthusiastic individual
- You are organized and have excellent time management skills
- You are reliable and have a strong work ethic
- Strong computer skills
- Your experience in a warehouse environment is considered an asset
