```Duties```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Your role will involve a variety of tasks to assist in the smooth running of our organization.
This job is one part administrator and one part dispatcher.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls and answering some questions about out services and rates.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including scheduling and sending reminders
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
Skills:
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to provide exceptional customer support
