Admissions Advisor

International Beauty Institute is currently looking for an Admissions Advisor at our Hamilton Campus. We are seeking a positive, energetic, customer focused and results driven sales person responsible for enrolling prospective students. Admissions Advisor profile:

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Engaging telephone skills and demeanour
• Ability to build rapport on the phone and in person
• Commitment to student success
• Strong self-discipline and the ability to work independently and with a team
• Working in a fast paced environment
• High standards of ethics and integrity
• An aesthetics background is a strong asset in a candidate.

Admissions Advisor is responsible for the following:

• Manage student leads and respond to inquiries
• Guide and encourage qualified students to enroll into suitable programs
• Guide prospective students through the process of admissions and registration
• Conducting tours for all prospective students that come for interviews.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of student information
• Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, and letters
• Meet/Exceed monthly goals and targets
• Book daily appointments for tours
• Send confirmation e-mails to all enrollments
• Create enrolment contracts for diplomas, certificates and workshops
• Create welcome letters and student enrolment letters for diplomas
