Admissions/Marketing representative

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Marketing/Admissions Representative to join our team at Queens Collegiate High School. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling our language and high school programs to prospective students and families. As a key member of our admissions team, you will play a vital role in promoting our school and attracting qualified students who will thrive in our diverse and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Queens Collegiate High School's language and high school programs to prospective students and families.
• Conduct outreach activities, including attending community events, fairs, and information sessions, to engage with potential students and promote our school.
• Build and maintain relationships with local schools, community organizations, and educational partners to expand our network and reach prospective students.
• Provide information and guidance to prospective students and families regarding our programs, admissions process, and scholarship opportunities.
• Conduct tours and informational sessions for prospective students and families to showcase our school facilities, curriculum, and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to review applications, conduct interviews, and assess applicants' suitability for admission.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to effectively communicate the value proposition of our programs.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for program enhancement and differentiation.
• Track and analyze enrollment data, admissions metrics, and marketing campaign effectiveness to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.
• Represent Queens Collegiate High School at admissions events, open houses, and recruitment initiatives to promote our programs and attract prospective students.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, admissions, or sales, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences, including students, parents, educators, and community members.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive enrollment growth and meet admissions targets.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of the education industry, including trends, regulations, and best practices in admissions and marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Enthusiasm for promoting education and helping students achieve their academic goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per month
