Position Overview:

The Adventure Specialist plays a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring outstanding customer care. This dynamic position involves a blend of sales, reservations, and Marketing responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of creating memorable holiday experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in customer relations and sales via email and phone, responding with creativity, enthusiasm, and integrity.
• Assist with itinerary development, customization, and pricing.
• Support marketing efforts by monitoring online, social, email, and print advertising, and assist with the management of advertising initiatives.
• Compile reports on advertising costs, effectiveness, content, and conversions.
• Contribute to creative email newsletters and other marketing content.
• Make and maintain relationships with innkeepers and tour-related service providers.
• Keep accurate records of client and partner details and communications.
• Process tour reservations and assist with customized itinerary planning.

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for making people happy with their travel plans.
• High level of organization and ability to collaborate effectively with customers and team members.
• Interest in bicycles, active travel, and learning about Freewheeling Adventures' offerings.

Performance Expectations:

• Success in this role will be measured by sales performance and customer satisfaction levels.
