As a AMO Supervisor, you will join a team providing maintenance services to our customers field locations. Partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects and develop innovations. You’ll mentor the team in their own career development and growth to ensure high-performance and collaboration.
 

As an AMO Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
 

  • Ensuring safe and reliable equipment is delivered to operations in a cost effective and efficient manner
  • Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values, adopting a safety culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve production processes.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Monitor and optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Perform in order to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery and safety.
  • Applying Lean methodology to ensure efficiency and quality expectations are met
  • Driving people development and career progression for all team members with the functional management team
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Prepare and analyze production reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with management, employees, and stakeholders to provide updates on production activities and address any concerns or issues.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services)
  • Have 3 years of experience in Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul
  • Have interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others
  • Be able to demonstrate experience in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Have experience of working in a production, operation, assembly or maintenance environment
  • Display effective problem identification and solution skills
  • Have a good working knowledge and understanding of ERP systems – SAP
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English
