El Technical & Design Promotion Manager

You will be working as EL Technical & Design Promotion Manager and will be part of Electrification business area for Distribution Solutions division based in Cairo, Egypt. In this role you will be reporting to Sales & Mak Mgr & EL Commercial Leader and will be responsible for designing promotional strategy in line with the sales strategy and ensuring the planning and timely execution of promotional activities with appropriate technical content for the assigned target audience.

Your responsibilities

• Creating and implementing a long-term promotional strategy with technical promotional activities plan for a dedicated target group
• Aligning the promotional strategy and activities plan with the sales strategy and sales activities plan
• Ensuring that the promotions team supports the sales organization by providing on-time and quality technical support and technical training to the target audience resulting in high customer satisfaction
• Creating business opportunities by providing support and fostering collaborations with key decision-makers, both within buying and non-buying segments
• Ensuring efficient marketing activities and strong value proposition to customers by using effective promotional techniques
• Ensuring that the promotions team possesses the capability to establish and maintaining effective, long-term relationships and ensuring a positive customer target group experience throughout various promotional activities

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field
• Experience in designing, technical manager role
• Experience with ABB components and suppliers
• Experience in switchgear design and components
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
