What you'll do;
As an Advertising and Promotion Marketing Manager with Team Town Sports, you will be responsible for developing and managing the successful execution of all consumer communication channels and day-to-day production of marketing initiatives.
As a natural leader and a great communicator, you will be integral in building the Advertising and Promotion direction for Team Town Sports, reporting to and collaborating closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, internal stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
- Develop and execute all marketing and digital campaigns, including advertising (print, digital, direct mail, paid social media, affiliate, e-mail), promotions and other marketing initiatives.
- Create and deliver all tactical creative briefs, build all content processes, and manage all brand guidelines in partnership with agencies and design teams, leading the vendor & co-marketing strategy and execution within all channels.
- Oversee the daily production internally with cross-functional teams, agencies, and printers by working with buyers, vendors, designers, and copywriters to produce marketing aligned with our brand messaging.
- Lead the development and management of the marketing and Promotional calendar and ensure all cross-functional teams are aligned to the cadence of storytelling and Promotional execution.
- Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer and CRM Lead to ensure customer data is accurately stored and routinely analyzed. Insights are used to improve marketing programs and targeting consistently.
- Overall ownership of the marketing and content budget; managing monthly/quarterly spending by project and monthly reconciliation and reporting to Senior Management.
What You'll Bring;
- Bachelor/Masters in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
- Experience in marketing communications and creative production, excellent understanding and familiarity with Advertising and Promotion management, and Proven track record in executing successful media and marketing campaigns.
- A strong understanding and, ideally, experience of P&L and forecasting ownership.
- Ability to confidently analyze large quantities of data and program results and share insights/recommendations with Senior Management.
