Reporting to the Manager or designate, the Analyst, Business Systems is responsible for the development, implementation and operation of Human Resources (HR) and Financial systems in a multi-site organization. The Analyst carries the primary role of Systems Administrator the one or more Business systems and related Corporate systems, and will have responsibility for ensuring the continuity of related services. The Analyst liaises with HR, Finance/Payroll, and external vendors on behalf of Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) in support of these systems.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Training And Experience
Graduation from a recognized degree or diploma program in Computer Science, three years' recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Skills And Abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to deal with others effectively.
- Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
- Ability to understand programs in a variety of programming languages.
- Ability to organize work.
- Ability to operate related equipment.
