Purpose
Contributes to the overall success of the Scotiabank and its global subsidiaries by ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives.  Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
What You'll Do:
-Manage documentation requests, 
-Provide support to other members of GCMD 
-Assist with any system related queries and initiatives related to GCMD's systems
-Prepare quarterly and annual management reports and ad hoc reports for management
-Participate in GBM and Enterprise-wide data strategy as it relates to GCMD's systems
-Provide overall administrative and technical support to other members of GCMD
What You’ll Bring:
-An undergraduate level degree in business or related field required 
-Previous Banking experience preferred
-Strong technological skills, including but not limited to Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, database management, etc.
-Understanding data management and reporting preferred
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-High attention to detail required
-Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of work, excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines and perform effectively in a team environment
 
Work Arrangement:
This position is currently a Hybrid role, with the expectation that you will work one day a week in the office. Please note that this is subject to change based on the needs of the business.
