Responsibilities:
- Process and manage accounts payable & receivable.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Generate and send out invoices.
- Respond to inquiries from customers and vendors regarding invoices and payments.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Assist Financial Controller as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in accounts payable & receivables
- Post secondary education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work remotely within Alberta
- Ability to work occasionally in person at our office in Spruce Grove, Alberta
