Continental Furniture & Appliances, Reginas largest independent furniture & appliance retailer, is looking for an Appliance Service Coordinator. The person we are seeking should possess: good communication skills with a pleasant demeanor and ability to work with multiple personalities. Strong organizational skills to be able to keep up with various customer needs and to conduct timely follow ups. Ability to multi-task; to communicate with several customers in a short period of time. Handle customer issues by providing solutions using manufacturer and store guidelines to ensure the customer is satisfied. Be able to process orders, forms or requests free of grammatical and spelling errors. Work with colleagues when necessary to resolve customer issues. Appliance service experience (or related field) would be beneficial but not necessary as training will be given. We offer a good wage and benefit package.
