Job description

The main objective of this role is to increase the operational efficiency of Capital Mitsubishi's Service Department. This involves the accurate coordination of appointment booking and confirmation, supplying comprehensive information on available services, and engaging with customers to discuss additional services that may be required.

A Day In The Life…

  • Responsible for answering the Service Department telephone and contacting customers to remind and schedule or reschedule service appointments in a professional manner.
  • Contacting customers that have vehicles due for maintenance or possible recall and book them in for service.
  • Determining which technician is properly qualified to do the job, be able to estimate how long the task to be performed may take and enter the repair order into their daily workload.
  • Portfolio management which includes updating client information in the database to ensure correct information.
  • Keeping management aware of situations that might need management intervention or that might adversely affect the business reputation, profitability or customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring safety policies, standards, and procedures are followed to achieve a safe work environment and safety for all staff, customers, and vendors.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned, subject to periodic adjustments to align with company objectives.

What You Bring To CAG…

  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to customers.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Observing safety and security procedures and reports potentially unsafe conditions; uses equipment and material properly.
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance with a commitment to consistently arriving at work on time.

What We Require From You…

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years’ administrative and/or automotive dealership experience is an asset.
  • Record of Conduct.
