Dufferin Concrete, A CRH Company is currently hiring a 3rd or 4th Year Apprentice - Fleet Mechanic (310T) to join their growing team!

Job Responsibilities:
-Working beside some of the top technicians in their field, the Fleet Mechanic Apprentice is responsible for providing maintenance and repairs to the Dufferin Concrete/Ontario Redimix fleet of heavy-duty trucks.
-Use of leading diagnostic technology to identify breakdowns, ordering required parts, removal, rework and installation of various engine and chassis components, as well as performing maintenance schedules. 
-Maintenance and repairs of diesel engines, hydraulic pumps and motors, and air brake systems.
 
Requirements:
-3rd or 4th year apprentice-Truck and Coach Technician
-Basic knowledge of truck and heavy equipment operation
-Working knowledge of related maintenance and repair practices
-Working knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic pumps, motors, and air brake systems
-Oral and written communication skills
-Basic understanding of computer applications
-Valid driver's license
