Fleet Mechanic

We are hiring a Fleet Technician/Diesel Mechanic for our Canadian Cash Logistics business. The position will be based in our Mississauga Branch.

Your responsibilities
As a diesel mechanic your duties will include:
-The development, repair or replacement of the various components and systems of heavy vehicles in the armored fleet
-Diesel mechanic reports to the fleet manager
-Preventive maintenance of vehicles
-Inspection of vehicles according to internal and governmental standards
-Daily accounts of work done and work to be done
-Maintenance of the garage and tools
-Any other related tasks
 
What we are looking for
-Possession of a valid 310T and/or 310 S license and be a standing member of the Ontario College of Trades is a bonus but not required
-Must be able to work with and in an armed and unionized environment
-Must have a valid full G driver’s license
-Strong computer skills
-Strong electronic and diagnostic skills
-Must be task focused and able to work unsupervised
