Shuttle Driver

We are looking for an individual who is reliable, honest, organized, detail-oriented, and has a strong desire to succeed.

Job Duties:

• Act as an ambassador for IAG at all times and ensure that all interaction with customers are pleasant and in a respectful manner at all times;
• Responsible for shuttling customers to their homes, places of business or a designated spot and picking them up after their vehicle is serviced in a timely manner;
• Responsible for keeping the service drive thru clean and stocked during the day, and washing the drive thru floor by the end of the day.
• Well mannered, upholds highest ethical standards, uses good judgment and safe driving skills while being courteous to customers;
• Communicating with the dealership or other shuttle vehicles to report any problems or delays;
• Responsible for staying in touch with the Service Concierge, documenting trips, including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point and for ensuring that all customers are serviced;
• Maintaining the vehicle’s appearance and notifying the manager if the vehicle requires servicing;
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Successful Candidates Possess:

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent experience with a minimum of 6 months experience in a dealership environment preferred;
• A pleasant, outgoing and professional demeanour while providing exceptional customer service;
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities;
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure with the ability to diffuse tense situations
• Strong communication, impersonal skills, problem solving skills & strong sense of personal responsibility and reliability, with the desire to work as an integral member of a team;

Must have a driver’s license as well as a clean driver’s abstract
