```Duties```
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs
- Mount and balance tires using power tools and hand tools
- Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate tires for their vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
```Requirements```
- Ability to lift heavy tires and perform physical tasks
- Mechanical knowledge and experience with automotive repair preferred
- Previous experience in a dealership or tire shop is a plus
- Strong sales skills to effectively communicate tire options to customers
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in tire installation and repair
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Attention to detail to accurately inspect tires for wear and damage
