Art Director
On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a Art Director for a 12 months contract.

  • As the next Senior Art Director on the Business Squad, you’ll develop creative concepts and create innovative and impactful designs that resonate with medium- to senior-level business audiences. This includes C-suite, institutional investors and leaders in key industries such as agribusiness, tech and more. With a strategic, creative mind and collaborative spirit, you’ll develop seamless, on-brand creative and visual journeys that communicate sophisticated business offerings and how we power possibility for our clients.
Art Director Responsibilities
  • Work on everything from targeted campaigns to daily deliverables, translating ideas into thoughtful design across channels, ensuring brand consistency along the way.
  • Oversee the creative approach from concept development to launch.
  • Work closely with internal and external creatives—creative directors, copywriters, producers, photographers, videographers and artists.
  • Be an active representative and spokesperson for Creative Services within the Business Squad. Responsibilities include: actively participating, finding relevant opportunities to provide creative support, discussing briefs and timelines, and communicating capacity.
  • Work in a collaborative environment where you will give and receive feedback across all areas of the team.
  • Assist creative/Art Directors with design reviews and production design.
  • Contribute to the building and management of our brand guidelines, tools and templates that ensure consistent application of our brand.
  • Keep up to date with the latest design trends.
  • Translate business and/or marketing objectives into clear creative strategies and lead the creative approach from concept development to launch
  • Oversee and/or directly execute design elements, ensuring brand consistency and quality across a variety of mediums and experiences
  • Provide direction on work from internal and external partners such as photographers, videographers, and artists, troubleshooting issues and providing feedback
  • Contribute to the building and management of the systems, tools and templates that ensure consistent application of our brand
  • Ensures designs are aligned with business strategy and brand guidelines
Art DirectorMandatory Skills
  • A team player mindset, including a willingness to build strong relationships and collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • A degree or diploma in visual communications and design
  • 7+ years of experience, including experience working in-house or with a creative agency
  • A portfolio of your best work
  • Experience in B2B marketing
  • Expert level ability with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
  • Time management skills to work on multiple projects at once and with various deadlines
  • Experience working in Agile is an asset
  • Experience in brand identity design is an asset
  • Bonus points for illustration and animation skills, experience with Google Workspace, proficiency with Figma
