```Duties```
- Develop and implement art lesson plans for students of various ages and skill levels
- Teach students various art techniques, including drawing, painting, and sculpture
- Provide guidance and feedback to students to help them improve their artistic skills
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment in the art classroom
- Organize and maintain art supplies and materials
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate art into the overall curriculum
- Plan and coordinate art exhibits or showcases to display student artwork
```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's degree in Art Education or a related field
- Previous experience teaching art to students, preferably in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of various art techniques and mediums
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and the ability to work with students of different ages and skill levels
- Creativity and the ability to inspire students' artistic expression
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles is a plus
