City Tire & Auto (Mount Pearl) isseeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join its customer focused and safety-oriented team.

Work Expectation
· Handle the efficient, safe and innovative operation of providing customer service.

· You must be willing to fully engage with the business and residential community.
· You will oversee the Automotive Service Centre and effective operation of Tire Service.
· Review work orders and discuss work with technicians and/or customers.
· Able to work independently with little supervision.
· Attention to detail.
· Good computer skills.
· Good communication skills both verbal & written.
· Hours of Operation is 8:00AM to 5:00PM – Monday thru Friday.
· Permanent position.

The Ideal Candidate
· A skilled leader who works well within a team environment.
· Two or more years’ experience in a busy automotive or tire environment.
· Tire experience with Medium Truck or larger would be a definite asset.
· Must be able and willing to take assignments as directed from management team.
· A valid driver's license is non-negotiable. Applicant must provide a satisfactory driver's abstract.

Compensation
· Competitive compensation: $52,689 - $57,958 per year depending on qualifications.
· 5 Paid Sick-Days, 10 Paid Vacation-Days (starting), 6 Paid Statutory Holidays, and 6 Other Paid Holidays.
