Responsibilities:
- Assist the head chef in food preparation and cooking
- Ensure that food is prepared and presented according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Help with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new dishes and menu items
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide support during busy periods or special events
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry, preferably 3 YRS. in Fine Dining Establishment
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $16.55-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
