Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations and managing staff
- Collaborate with department heads to strategize and improve overall efficiency
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Implement company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Assist in creating budgets and financial reports
-Work to achieve the financial, marketing and HR objectives and direction from Senior leadership
-Assist in training and developing new staff and existing staff
- Ensure quality of food and service is positive and contribute to overall experience
- Building and maintaining authentic relationships with guests and team members.
- Assist team members as needed, including hosting, bartending, serving, and expediting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, demonstrating leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Wine and beverage knowledge is an asset

Salary: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
