Assistant Grocery Manager

Pino's Get Fresh is currently seeking candidates for a Full-Time Assistant Grocery Manager position. This is a salaried position with compensation negotiable based on experience. Must have 3+ years of previous retail or grocery experience. Flexible availability required, including evenings & weekends. Qualifications and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Ensuring high operational standards and conditions within the dry grocery department

• Preparation and input of advertised grocery items, ensuring accurate pricing and full execution of ad

• Ability to delegate, manage and lead a team of 10+ staff

• Assuming responsibility for store closings and openings, and following proper procedures for both

• Strong work ethic, ability to spend most of the day standing and handling some physical labour

• Maintaining excellent department conditions through product replenishment and displays

• Strong communication and interactions with Store Management on day to day activities
