Description
Job Duties
Overseeing the operations of the store, including operation, personnel, inventory, display, customer services, and bookkeeping;
Supervising the staff in the shift and assigning them duties;
Studying market research and trends to determine the consumers demand;
Collecting competitors' information and proposing sales plan to the store manager;
Offering advise to the store manager on what merchandise and services to be sold, and implementing price and credit policies;
Developing and implementing marketing strategies;
Resolving any issues may arise, such as customer requests, complaints and supply shortages;
Communicating with purchasing staff in time to maintain the store inventory;
Reporting to the store manager about sales volumes, personnel matters, and etc. when necessary;
Ensuring the image of the store are well-maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness;
Addressing staffing requirements, including the hiring, development and retention of the staff;
Planning budgets, authorizing expenditures, and monitoring revenues.
Requirements:
1. A university degree or college diploma in business administration or other field related to fabric and textile.
2. 2-3 years of equivalent retail management experience
3. Excellent English with proof
4. Excellent in utilizing retail soft wares
