What is the opportunity?
The Assistant Manager, P&CB Third Party Policy and Compliance isresponsible for the effective management of Supplier Risk and Compliance based on the requirements of Enterprise Third Party Risk Management Policy for a portfolio of suppliers, including governance and oversight of Performance Management, Spend analytics and Enterprise Reporting. Will be working with business partners and Suppliers ensuring completion of the Supplier Risk Management Application (SRMA), Supplier Risk and due diligence activities / documentation is completed as per requirements of Enterprise Third Party Policy and regulatory requirements.
What will you do?
- Facilitate the completion of Supplier Risk Management Assessment (SRMA) and obtain all required artefacts from Suppliers as required by the Third Party Risk Policy and Standards
- Perform on-boarding, off-boarding, and continual monitoring of P&CB suppliers within assigned portfolio
- Own the interaction and communication with our Global Functions partners and Centre of Governance (CoG’s) to enforce and support their policies
- Support the establishment of ongoing supplier management routines and continually monitor compliance including SLA reporting, contractual monitoring activities, quarterly
business reviews, operational and risk compliance monitoring and planning - Ensure effective management of Supplier risk & due diligence by ensuring documentation is completed and updated as required and ensuring suppliers are compliant to Enterprise Third Party Policy; all identified Supplier risks are documented with remediation plans in place and progress tracked and reported as required

- Oversight of process for BU validation of supplier invoicing to contract, maintains record of supplier spend including rebates, penalties and rewards as applicable and reports periodically
- Oversight of process for BU to validate supplier performance, track issues and supplier meetings and reports periodically
- Coordinate external audit reviews and manage the collection, and maintenance of Supplier SOC 1 & SOC 2 reports
- Act as a SME for the Supplier Management Community and provide advice and counsel for all level of Tier suppliers within portfolio
- Responsible for preparation of quarterly supplier attestations, quarterly risk register and risk appetite reporting to be presented to operational Risk and board
- Responsible for the continuous maintenance and filing of outsourcing arrangements to the Central Bank of Bahamas
- Act as subject matter expert and provide guidance to Supplier Relationship Managers,
Senior Managers, Directors, PMO & Global Function Partners related to Supplier Risk and
compliance - Upload contracts to RBC system tool IVALUA, obtain and confirm registrations upon request, gather contracts (MSA/SOW/CRs) upon requests, and other adhoc requests as required on iValua.
- Provide Support for Internal Audit reviews

Must-have
- University degree
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proven ability to build solid relationships across all levels of the organization and with suppliers
- Solid organization, problem solving skills and being able to work in a fast-pace environment.
- Proven Problem Solving and Change Management skills
- Strong oral and written communication, and facilitation skills
- Technologically Self Sufficient, with advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with RBC Enterprise Archer (SRMA) and iValua tools
- Change Leadership experience
- Experience in supplier management or compliance
