- Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee program activities and operations, assisting adults with disabilities with their needs.
- Develop and implement program goals, facilitate training, objectives, and strategies
- Create and manage program budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring financial compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure program success
- Supervise program staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor program progress and evaluate outcomes to ensure effectiveness
- Prepare reports and presentations on program performance for stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities
- Experience:
- Proven experience in program management or a related field, level 3 training in behaviour management and programme design an advantage
- Strong administrative skills, including organization, time management, and attention to detail, orientating new staff
- Budgeting experience, with the ability to effectively manage financial resources
- Experience supervising staff or managing teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
