Assistant Resident Manager Team, Windsor

We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-person Team to work at one of our properties in Windsor. This position would require you to work full time weekdays, and every second weekend.

Assistant Resident Manager s play an important role in the successful operation of a residential rental building under our management.
Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Resident Manager

• Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, lobbies and social rooms)
• Minor maintenance repairs (unclogging drains, repairing pipes or rehanging cabinet doors)
• Preparing apartments for new residents (verify repairs, test appliances and painting)
• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents
• Responding to on-call requests

Requirements of an Assistant Resident Manager

• Cleaning experience (maintain high standards of hygiene and order)
• Maintenance skills (minor plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs)
• Strong customer service skills
• Fire prevention knowledge
• Ability to perform in a team environment
• Previous construction experience (an asset)
