Our organization is seeking a Service Writer and Parts Person to handle customer services, lead the team of technicians and assist with maintenance of our products. A successful candidate will have experience in troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs and should be familiar with our company's products. The ideal candidate will also be up-to-date on the latest technical developments and have a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Diagnose technical problems and recommend solutions.
- Assist with software installation, upgrades, and removal.
- Install and configure software, hardware, and peripherals.
- Complete preventive maintenance for technical equipment.
- Use the telephone to communicate with co-workers, vendors, and customers to solve problems in a timely manner.

Salary: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
