```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Create employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menu offerings
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
```Experience```
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and sanitation
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with interviewing, hiring, and training restaurant staff
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage service is a plus
- Familiarity with food handling and safety regulations
